Communication: Reminders

Relaying messages to students throughout the day: Please start making any after school arrangements with your student(s) before they leave the house in the morning, to alleviate the office from having to relay messages to students and their teachers throughout the day and for last minute end of the day calls right before or after dismissal time when students are already outside and leaving for the day. If you know ahead of time that after school plans will change from the normal routine, please send a note to the office and to the teacher to simplify the process. If you should have a message that you need to get to your student(s) after they leave the house in the morning, please call the office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Thank you!
